Just this morning on the way to Delta College, Joanna and I came across so many drivers that in our opinion should not be allowed to own a driver's license. Of course with driving about sixty miles to school it would be expected to at least come across one crazy driver. On this lucky Morning Joanna and I were blessed with running into a lovely semi driver that had the bright idea to back out on the road in front of our car and another car that was coming from the opposite direction because he wanted to back into a field that was across the road from him. At first I thought that he was just going to back up a little bit on the road in front of the car so he could get on the road, but then he cut the wheel and backed into our lane too! I could tell that Joanna was thinking the same thing and she wasn't planning on stopping, so I had to tell her to stop. I'm glad that I told her when I did because the semi driver didn't give us much time to realize what he was doing and we probably would have hit him. I mean what the heck was he thinking. He obviously did not know how to back up a semi trailer because we sat there on the road for five minutes waiting for him to get out of the way. The guy that was guiding him into the entrance of the field must not have been one of the sharpest crayons in the box either because he was definitely not very good at guiding the driver. We weren't sure if he was just nervous and in a hurry because he was blocking traffic or he just sucked at reverse but that driver needs to learn not to back his semi up onto the road in the middle of traffic.
(I couldn't help but to take a picture!)
